Rovi Restaurant: A Review

The theme of Rovi Restaurant, “fermentation and cooking on the fire”, may sound a little intimidating at first. But the Scandinavian-influenced cooking styles are surprisingly simple and delicious. Take, for instance, the hot tomatoes with cold yogurt and chilli urfa – a combination that is both fresh and flavorful. Or the tempura stems and herbs, which pair perfectly with the summer spritz cocktail made with Sichuan pepper and elderflower vinegar.

These dishes are juicy and hard to resist! The restaurant group that owns London Roka, Coya and Zuma has recently opened a Greek restaurant in Fitzrovia. Rovi Restaurant is their latest addition to the family.
